Information for Realtors & Title Companies

 

Dear Realtors and Title Companies:

 

Please email the Board of Directors for all requests related to dues/lien status and payoff letters.

There is an annual assessment of $200 to fund the Association that is due on Jan 1 of each year.

 

Other useful information for potential homeowners is located in the Documents section of this website. Please provide all buyers with a copy of the Bylaws and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR) that itemizes the property restrictions for all lots in the subdivision. The CCRs for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 are substantially identical except for developer/builder names and have been adopted together in the bylaws to create a single homeowners association with shared common areas, entryways, and a storm water retention pond.

 

The subdivision is located in Van Buren Township, but the properties historically have used a Belleville mailing address.
