Neighborhood Watch & Welcome Committee

The Association has an official Neighborhood Watch program registered with the Van Buren Township Police.

The goal of the Watch & Welcome committee is to meet quarterly, welcome new homeowners to the neighborhood, manage the neighborhood watch program, conduct occasional patrols of the subdivision, and report problems found to the Police department or the Board of Directors as appropriate.

IF YOU SEE CRIME HAPPEN, PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. The Neighborhood Watch program is designed to be proactive and prevent crime and does not investigate or interfere with suspicious activity. These are the responsibilities of the Police department.

If you would like more info, please email your interest to the Association with your contact info. Or watch for announcements and attend the next meeting of the Committee to meet the volunteers and hear about what they do.

The Committee is chaired by Byron Johnson.

Lookup your address to find a list of your neighbors names on https://www.whitepages.com/reverse-address

Please go talk to your neighbors in person. Offer your phone number and ask for their number so you can let them know about problems like trash cans blowing away, garage doors left open, etc. and ask that they do the same for you.
